Flowers Substitution Flowers: Occasionally, substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. In such a case, we will make every effort to maintain similar size, look, and overall color scheme of an arrangement. For example: Pink lily will be replace for another color lily, Spike flowers will be replace of another similar spike flower of equal or greater value. If the container on the site is sold out, we will replace it for a similar container. Plants: For green or blooming plants, a similar plant may be substituted for equal or greater value. We will maintain the similar size and shape. However, if the item chosen is a single orchid plant, color may be substituted. Container for the plant will be similar as possible.
