Delivery Information There are additional charges for deliveries. Deliveries will be made only to correct addresses and we will not be liable for any incorrect information given. In Town Delivery (Austin, TX): A local delivery fee of $7.95-$12.95 will be added to the order. If you place your order on-line before 2:00 pm central time, we can deliver the flowers the same day (Monday through Friday). On Saturday, please place orders before 12:00 pm central time for same day delivery. After 2:00 pm (Monday through Friday) or 12:00 pm Saturday, call us at 512-383-8348 to see if we can provide same day delivery service for you. There are no deliveries on Sundays or legal holidays. Please make sure your order information is accurate to avoid delivery delays. Out of Town Delivery: Deliveries outside of Austin area will be an additional fee of $7.95-$12.95. Orders need to be placed before 12:30pm in the recipient's time zone to guarantee same day delivery. Please make sure your order information is accurate to avoid delivery delays. Specific Delivery Time: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but please do leave us special instructions. What happen if the recipient is not available? For Home Residence: We will tag a notification on the door for the recipient to pick up the arrangements at the neighbor specified on the tag. For Apartment Residence: We will tag a notification on the door for the recipient to pick up the arrangements at the leasing office or neighbor. For Business and Hospital: The arrangement will be brought back to the shop and we will notify the sender.
